Our online assistant

Our online assistant is an automated service that uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions and collect the details we need to prepare a quote. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a quotation, a commitment or professional advice. An advisor will confirm anything that matters for your shipment.

Please don’t share passwords, payment details or identity documents in the chat. How we handle what you tell the assistant is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Quotes and enquiries

Sending a quote request or enquiry, through a form or the online assistant, does not create a booking or a contract, and any figures discussed are not a confirmed price. A price is only confirmed in a written quotation from AOBMOG.

These terms cover your use of this website only. Any services we provide, such as freight forwarding, customs clearance or port agency, are governed by the terms agreed for that service, not by these terms.

Using the website properly

You must not:

• Use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation
• Send false or misleading information, or submit requests in someone else’s name
